Luciano Paolucci specializes in Banking and Finance, Corporate Law, M&A, Project Finance, and International Trade. He brings a strong international perspective to his practice, shaped by four years of experience at renowned law firms in the United Kingdom.
Admitted to practice law in both Brazil and Portugal, Luciano has worked at some of Brazil’s leading law firms and has served on the Fiscal Councils (Supervisory Boards) of major Brazilian financial institutions. His multidisciplinary background enables him to combine legal expertise, financial insight, and a pragmatic understanding of complex business transactions.
