Amauri de Oliveira has more than 20 years of experience and leads the firm’s strategic civil litigation practice, focusing on agribusiness, credit recovery, banking and finance, and capital markets.
Throughout his career, he has held a senior in-house legal position at a major sugar and ethanol company and worked at prominent Brazilian law firms, building significant expertise in structured transactions. He represents leading trading companies, financial institutions, and domestic and multinational corporations in sophisticated, high-stakes disputes.
Education
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP – 2013);
- Law degree from the Barretos Educational Foundation University Center (UNIFEB – 2004).
