Between 2005 and 2008, Amauri worked as a lawyer in the legal department at Central Energética de Ribeirão Preto – CERP Galo Bravo, where he provided legal services for the entire company, especially in the areas of contracts and civil and labor litigation.
From 2008 to 2010, in the city of São Paulo, he joined Buranello & Passos Advogados, a boutique law firm that specializes in agribusiness, where he worked in civil litigation for the execution and collection of contracts and agribusiness notes (CPR, CDCA, etc.) and in judicial recoveries in the sector.
Between 2010 and 2013. he was responsible for the litigation area of Slav Advogados, a law firm that specializes in agribusiness financing operations, especially export prepayment (PPE) and offshore mutual funds (Law 4.131/1962).
From 2013 to August 2021, he was a partner at De Luca Oliveira Advogados, and in August 2021, he founded the law firm Oliveira Paolucci Advogados, as head of strategic civil litigation with a special focus on agribusiness and financial and capital market operations. At OLP Advogados, he works with all key legal issues for some of the world’s leading trading companies, international banks operating in Brazil, and other national and multinational corporations.
