Luciano is a Brazilian and Italian citizen and lawyer in Brazil and Portugal with four years of experience in England (between 2005 and 2008), where he worked as a foreign lawyer, initially at DMH Stallard Solicitors in the areas of contracts, international law, real estate law, and compensation actions. Also in the UK, he worked at Simmons & Simmons, one of the largest law firms in England, in the area of financial/business law in the project finance/oil & gas department.

Back in Brazil at the end of 2008, he worked in the business department at Demarest Advogados, in M&A and corporate law. Subsequently, he worked with commercial contracts at Mattos Filho Advogados and, for seven years, in the private equity, corporate law, and M&A department of Banco Santander.

Between June 2019 and January 2020, he was a fiscal board member at Banco Olé Bonsucesso Consignado S.A. and, from August 2019 to May 2023, he was a fiscal board member at Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A.

From January 2013 to August 2021, he was a partner at De Luca Oliveira Advogados, and in August 2021, he founded the law firm Oliveira Paolucci Advogados (OLP Advogados), in which he is responsible for the areas of capital markets, banking and financial services, investment funds, corporate and M&A, international trade and contracts, and complex projects and negotiations.
